In September of 2015, she released her first book, Get Real, Ladies: Career Challenges, Changes and Choices, which made it to the top 40 on the Amazon Best Seller list. She is releasing Get Real, People: The 5 Generation Workforce in 2019. She has enjoyed a successful career in recruiting and professional development in Los Angeles & Denver. Kim has appeared on radio and television covering multiple topics related to career growth and transition. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Language Studies & Linguistics (German & Spanish), and an MBA in e-Commerce, and is an award-winning business leader.
